Processing & Delivery Times
For orders placed before 2pm PST, we do our best to process the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-10 business days of its ship date , or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you need your item(s) sooner and are within the U.S., please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. At this time, we do not offer overnight delivery.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional email with your tracking number. If you do not receive these email, please email our friendly customer care at: [email protected]
Can I edit my order once it has been placed?
All orders are final once they have been processed with the exception of canceling. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately as this must be done before your order is shipped. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
At this time any other changes including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order and/or combining orders cannot be made.
For any changes that need to be made to shipping contact info, please contact us immediately so we can make sure to get your order to the correct location.
Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. If you refuse a shipment from Paneros you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce customs fees.
